Welcome to Artful Stationary! Before you proceed with shopping, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us for private and non-commercial purposes. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

1. General Terms

• By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are at least 13 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to make purchases.
• All Production takes place on Monday-Friday. If an Order is placed at 3pm or after on Friday, production for that order will begin on the following Monday.

2. Product Information
   
   

• We strive to accurately display the colors, images, and descriptions of our products that appear on the website. However, there may be small variations in color, typefaces and layout on your device screen or monitor. 
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Personalized Products

• Ensure that all the information you provide is accurate and spelt correctly. Personalized texts are printed as received and we are not responsible for any customer generated errors. We are unable to edit a personalized order once production has begun. Please refer to Section 6 for more information on Changing and Canceling an Order.
• We do not permit personalized products that:
  • Infringe on any rights such as trademarks and copyrights;
  • Contains hateful, abusive, threatening, misleading or defamatory language;
  • Advocates, promotes or assists with unlawful acts;
  • Misrepresents identity or impersonates anyone.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices for products are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payments using all major credit cards, paypal, apple pay, google pay, meta pay, amazon pay and shop pay.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website.
• Prices shown on the website are in USD. The price of the product does not include any shipping charges or sales tax. You are advised of shipping charges and sales tax (where applicable) at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Ensure the shipping address you enter is correct. Production begins soon after an order is received, and once it has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If it is discovered that an address was incorrect once shipped, a new order will need to be placed.
• Shipping costs are provided during the checkout process. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• Artful Stationary does not cover, and will not be responsible for, the payment of any additional customs or import charges, duties, fees, or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery to international destinations.
• We, or any shipping and production service we use, will not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in shipping caused by situations out of our control. This includes adverse weather, shipping delays, epidemics, natural disaster, civil unrest, etc.

6. Changing or canceling an order

• Customers have 5 hours, from the time of purchase, to change or cancel an order from the time an order was placed. An email should be sent to support@artfulstationary.shop along with the order number and your request. After 5 hours, an order cannot be changed or canceled. 
• We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling or grammatical errors for personalized orders, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.

7. Transferred Risk and Title

• Ownership of the product passes on to the buyer once payment is received.
• At the time of delivery, the buyer takes responsibility of the products.

8. Termination of Service

• Artful Stationary reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. 
• We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if you are in breach of any of the terms of the Agreement or fail to make payment when due.

9. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping costs, provided that the returned products are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and it needs to be trackable.
• Returns are not accepted for personalized items. Please read section 3 for further information on ordering a personalized product. If there is an error on our part, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue.
• If there is an issue with the product received, reach out to support@artfulstationary.shop and we will rectify the issue. You may be required to send photos of the issue. 
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions at support@artfulstationary.shop
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned products.  

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of our company and is protected by copyright laws.

11. Privacy Policy

• Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
